Electric vehicles charging station is a venture of IHFL Power green energy with its exclusive marketing rights to Capital Brix, a Global Expert Company having its office in sector 62, Noida. It's a COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) business module on a profit-sharing basis in a 60:40 ratio, 60 for investors & 40 for IHFL. In this module, Company is inviting investors to invest ₹10 lacs ( ₹3.5 lacs for booking & the rest 6.5 lacs on arrival at the station). The company itself will survey the locations preferred by the investor and install n operate the station itself. Initially, till the station comes in profit, the company is paying ₹30000/-p.m to the investors by a written agreement of 3 years. Once the station starts making a profit, actual profit sharing will come into effect.
